GREAT SERVICE SHOP & BODY SHOP I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I have been ripped off and not serviced by almost every kind of service shop, including PepBoys. I have never found a reliable dealer, so, even though I bought a Mountaineer from Forrester like six years ago, I never thought to get my ten year old Ford Explorer serviced there - until last month. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! From the moment I called to book an appointment and an appraisal on the body work, to the time I picked it up - it was just great - and MY CAR HAS NEVER RUN SO WELL!!! They are terrific. I needed four new tires to pass inspection (original tires on there - 100K). I really thought I would have to take it to Costco for the tires - but NO..... they came up with GREAT tires at the Costco price AND a warranty from the dealership! I just can't explain how great the customer service AND the fantastic mechanical service is here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! The end cost was $1000 LESS THAN I ANTICIPATED - LESS???? HOW IS IT LESS??? BECAUSE THEY ARE SO HONEST AND RELIABLE!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Thank you all so much again! PS: TOBY ROCKS!!! He took care of us buying our car six years ago - and should have just kept coming back. From sales to service to body shop - these guys are top-notch!! We are preparing to relocate to another state and we are saddened that we will lose this connection (we may consider coming back for sales... we'll see!). Forrester's will long be our favorite place for any aspect of vehicle sales and service. You hear of businesses going down at the time of generational transition - not these guys! The Forrester boys have truly gleaned the importance of honesty, integrity and morality - they convey it in all they do and certainly picked it up from the importance that the founders placed on these aspects.
