We had a couple of issues and nothing was done to resolve them. The finance person was unprofessional and explained nothing, including fees. The salesman was very nice, but we found out later he was dishones them. The finance person was unprofessional and explained nothing, including fees. It's too bad, I really love my new Jeep and will probably stick with this brand...but at a different dealer. More
