I was lucky to have Andy Tran answer the phone and get me the deal I wanted, not only did he help me eat exactly what I wanted, he made paper work a breeze. I got to the dealership at 8pm (when they close) Andy was awesome! I was out of there by 8:45pm with a new 2018 Accord Sport! Thanks Andy Tran!!! Highly recommend him! Russell &Smith Honda! Should be your first stop. My mother purchased a Honda Pilot after test driving a Highlander and trading in her Chevy Equinox. Andy T was our sales person and he was great. He responded to my emails and text messages very timely and spoke with me over the course of a few days. He even had someone from the finance section speak with me over the phone about the warranty options before we even test drove. This is unheard of at other dealerships. Andy was very patient and understood we were also looking at the Highlander. He was confident that if my mom test drove the pilot (after I told him she was picky) he said don’t worry, she will love it. When my mother finally drove the Pilot, I received a call immediately from her saying she loved it and a text message from Andy saying "She loved it!". It was a really funny moment. Needless to say, we met up with Andy the next day to make the purchase. He was a breath of fresh air. His non-pushy but ever-present approach is a huge asset for R&S. . Another note, we were in and out with the finance department. We negotiated a few terms and sealed the deal pretty quickly. I'm use to being at dealerships the entire day and well into the night.... not here... thanks R&S ... Can't wait for the 2019 Pilots to come out so I can pick one up for me! This Toyota girl just became a Honda Haute .... PS My mother drove from Spring to come to R&S bypassing many other dealerships on the way! Including the Soing Honda dealership. The Best deal in (and out of) Town! More
