Absolutely would not recommend this dealership - We recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Ewing Subaru and this was the most difficult process we've ever gone through regarding a simple vehicle purcha recently purchased a Used Vehicle from Ewing Subaru and this was the most difficult process we've ever gone through regarding a simple vehicle purchase. We were an all cash transaction, no credit check or financing complications, and still had to go back to the dealership multiple times. When we test drove the vehicle the salesman Angel followed us all the way to our current vehicle when we were leaving trying to make another dealership appointment on time, only gave us one key for a 2 year old car ($350 key fob missing to a nearly new car which is concerning), and then when we went back to pick up the vehicle we were helped by a brand new financing representative who did not know the process at all and had to leave the room multiple times for help from more experienced peers, failed to set proper expectations regarding getting the registration or inspection sticker for this vehicle, and when we asked multiple times to see the vehicle one last time before completing the purchase we never got the opportunity to. When we finally completed the purchase and were ready to drive off with the vehicle, we noticed the passenger side mirror had been shattered. We knew this was not the condition when we originally test drove the vehicle as we did our own multi-point inspection on the vehicle and found several minor flaws, but no broken mirrors. We brought this issue up with the salesperson and he immediately interrupted us and said "sorry you already bought it can't help you" and then smirked and said he was joking and that they already had ordered the part. We had to call the dealership multiple times just to get an order number to confirm they were actually going to fix it, finally 2 weeks later we were able to get scheduled to have it replaced/repaired and had to drive an additional 40 minutes each way, on top of tolls, to have this repair done. We still haven't received the registration or inspection sticker for this vehicle and they originally wanted us to make ANOTHER 40 minute round trip to pick up the registration and inspection sticker and we had to ask to have it mailed as we are done with visiting this location. Could not be happier with the car, just disappointed in the service of this sales process. Angel only cares about closing a deal and then moves on to the next customer. Does not set clear, concise expectations, was not upfront regarding the vehicle damages that occurred after our initial test drive, poor communication skills with his peers as half the time we had to ask someone else for help or why we were moving buildings or who we were even waiting to assist us. Definitely not a dealership we will do business at again and not a dealership I would recommend to anyone. The only highlight of this entire experience is their amazing service technician Lauren who was extremely helpful, polite, informative, and professional. Thank You Lauren! More
