The wait with an appointment was ridiculous. The sales agent was great and kind but financing "Luis" was quick and not thorough. He did not inform me of an app to make payments, no invoice of sale. Nothing. I left a message a week ago and to date.... No return call. Your receptionist ",Maria ' is rude. My daughter loves the car but I hated the transaction. Honda fees don't add up to other dealerships for I have purchased 11 vehicles in my lifetime. My transaction at KIA was better from beginning to o end. Her next vehicle will be from KIA. xxxx poor service. The Sales agent should work somewhere else. You don't deserve him. Best. More
