Save yourself a headache and DO NOT trade a vehicle in if not fully paid off at Bell Mitsubishi. I traded in my Honda Pilot on July 21, 2026 for a 2023 Cadillac Escalade. I have a lot of equity in the Pilot not fully paid off at Bell Mitsubishi. I traded in my Honda Pilot on July 21, 2026 for a 2023 Cadillac Escalade. I have a lot of equity in the Pilot (loan balance was $9,025) AND gave a $25,000 bank check towards the purchase of the Escalade. To date (Sept 8, 2026) the Honda has not been paid off by the dealership. I have reached out to the dealership on multiple occasions and have received nothing but run around. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence about the dealership prior to trading in and purchasing another vehicle with them. I've read multiple BBB complaints with the exact same issue. More
