As a regular i was very disappointed with the service today. I was convinced to wait at dealership because i was told my oil change would only take an hour and my vehicle wasn’t done until 3 hours later. today. The only reason why i ever went to the dealership was for an oil change... i like to chang my oil every 5,000 miles because its brand new... when they ask me what im here for when i pull up i tell them speci an oil change... i like to chang my oil every 5,000 miles because its brand new... when they ask me what im here for when i pull up i tell them specifically... Oil Change! out of the 6 times ive brought my truck in for an oil change they actuallly have only changed it 3 times! why!? why would you not change my oil when i specifically came in for one!? charge me extra i dont care ... but to ignore what i want done is absolutely garbage ... larry your dealership is a scam and half bro More
