Exactly as expected with no surprises I found a great price on a certified Hyundai Santa Fe, the exact vehicle and color I was looking, however the only hitch was that it was out of state I found a great price on a certified Hyundai Santa Fe, the exact vehicle and color I was looking, however the only hitch was that it was out of state (Georgia, I live in south Florida). Initially apprehensive taking the risk to travel a long distance to Taylor Hyundai to view/purchase the vehicle, the entire experience thru the highly attentive and knowledgeable staff set me at ease and made the buying experience pleasurable with no unexpected surprises or gotchas- my big fear. My sales rep (Angel) was particularly helpful answering questions and removing apprehension both before I traveled to the dealership and once I arrived. He patiently explained all the features of the car before the test drive and perhaps knowing I had a long drive ahead of me back to Florida went the extra mile to make sure I left the dealership with a full tank of gas. As a complete stranger walking into a major purchase, there were many possibilities where things could have gone awry but thanks to the great staff at Taylor, this did not occur. I would recommend this dealership to anyone else looking into a used vehicle and if you're like me and considering an out-of-state purchase don't let that be an obstacle to moving forward with them.
