I had been considering a new Porsche Macan 4S for a few weeks and finally decided to visit Porsche Ontario. There, I met with Angel Moreno, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my qu weeks and finally decided to visit Porsche Ontario. We took the car out for a couple of test drives, and each time I had new questions—Angel never once said, “I don’t know,” which gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. After the second drive, I decided to make the leap and purchase my first Porsche. From the test drive through to the final sale, the process was seamless. On the day I returned to finalize the purchase, Angel happened to be off, but he had already arranged for his colleague, Primo Garcia, to assist me. Primo was just as helpful and attentive, taking the time to address all of my remaining concerns. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Shelly in the finance department walked me through everything clearly and offered great insight on extended warranties, scheduled maintenance plans, and current Porsche rebates. He made sure I understood every opportunity to save. Overall, this was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
