I felt pressured into signing documents without fully understanding all the charges, and when I asked for clarification, I was brushed off and rushed through the process.
To make matters worse, I later discovered additional charges for services I never agreed to, and despite reaching out multiple times for an explanation or help, Angel Soto & Latisha King has been completely unresponsive. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I trusted them to act in good faith, but instead, I ended up with extra costs that I never wanted or needed.
If you’re thinking about buying a car from CarVision.com, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Angel Soto and Carvion all together. They don’t care about customer satisfaction—just getting your money. I regret ever walking into that dealership and will never do business with them again.
