Taking candy crom a baby Leon Hughes was my sales person, and the service he provided was exceptional. The reason I ended up at Kernersville was because one of their competit Leon Hughes was my sales person, and the service he provided was exceptional. The reason I ended up at Kernersville was because one of their competitors provided terrible service, and made me feel as if they were not in business to take care of serious customers. Kernersville Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep let me know they meant business with their quick service, and prompt responses to my questions; kudos to Angela Adcock. Leon is a person of integrity and character, and that helped sealed the deal. Nike Peters helped with rapping up the post sales items, and she would not stop until everything was done. Strong staff, they took the business from a competitor like taking candy from a baby. More

Several friends at work also bought from Kernersville. Angela was very helpful and patient as we played e-mail tag for a while. It was a toss-up which truck to buy so I opted for the 2500 diesel. The experience was not like anything we had ever experienced at a car dealership in the past. Everyone just sort of made you feel welcome and at home. Leon went above and beyond the call of duty to help put us in the vehicle we wanted!!! We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience we had with Leon and this dealership on 01/01/2015. Sean White was excellent to deal with. He took the time to go through several vehicles with me and we were able to match one with me that was perfect, 2014 Dodge Durango SXT AWD. I went to Chevy, Ford and to go through several vehicles with me and we were able to match one with me that was perfect, 2014 Dodge Durango SXT AWD. I went to Chevy, Ford and other Dodge dealers as well looking to spend around 25K, we ended up spending 30K but do not regret it one bit. This dealership from the follow up calls with Angela and the professionalism of Gene Lashley and Sean White are the reasons I chose your dealership. I would have even paid a higher price because of your employees willingness to actually care. I have already recommended you guys to others and wish that some of the employees that I deal with on a day to day basis at my own company had this kind of enthusiasm. I drove 2 hours one way to get to Kernersville Dodge for the 2nd time because of the way they treat people. I was looking for a new Dodge 2500. I spent hours at one dealership because they kept me there by the 2nd time because of the way they treat people. I was looking for a new Dodge 2500. I spent hours at one dealership because they kept me there by holding the keys to my truck and every time I asked for them back it was "Hold on, one minute, would you pay this to take it today". The moment I walked into Kernersville Dodge, I was greeted with smiles. And then we met Tripp. It was a friendly conversation which did eventually lead to my request to see a truck. We drove, I inspected and shook hands on a brand new 2500. No hassle, no mess. A full tank, complete detail and a free first oil change later, I was driving home with my truck. All in less than 4 hours. I received 2 phone calls within the next 72 hours checking on me and the truck. Drive to them. You wont be disappointed. We will return a third time. Prices are rock bottom and the people treat us buyers like people. More
