Even after making an appointment, I was told that my basic service (oil change and tire rotation with associated fluid and tire checks) would take two hours. After 2-1/2 hours, I was finally informed t basic service (oil change and tire rotation with associated fluid and tire checks) would take two hours. After 2-1/2 hours, I was finally informed that the work was completed. I then had to complete paperwork, and my car was finally delivered approximately fifteen minutes later. This service should not have taken any longer than 30 minutes. If you are going to have an appointment system, then the length of stay should be no longer than that required for the service. I recommended the use of this service center with reservations. You should have provided more variances in rating this service. More
