I was in the market for a three row suv as my family will be growing come December. I explored some comparable options but decided on a brand new tx350. The challenge now was finding the right Lexus dealer to work with. Coming from Los Angeles county there are quite a few Lexus dealers in my area but I’m glad my business went to Lexus Carlsbad. From the very beginning on my initial phone call i knew i had found the right dealership based on their willingness to work with me and hear what I had to say rather than “we can’t make that happen” like many of the other dealers I spoke to. Angelina and her teams ability to work with me is what won me over, a little bit of back and forth over the phone but we ultimately came to an agreement on price and terms that were comfortable for my family and my budget. Easiest car buying experience of my life. Literally pulled up to sign, no money down and was out the door in like an hour and a half. They even bought my old Rav 4 fairly close to blue book value which was a plus. To anyone reading this review, make Lexus Carlsbad your first choice, no need to shop around and talk to any other Lexus dealers. Quick, easy and straight to business, pleasant experience all around.
