Customer experience was evident with every person I dealt with at Naples Doge. Everyone was friendly and worked to meet my needs. I love my vehicle. Frankly, I could've bought that at any dealership. Eli the sales rep was inexperienced and lack critical knowledge. The finance people, Sal and Angelo, were assertive when selling additional warranties, but less helpful when I wanted changes post purchas knowledge. The manager Angelo called my wife and asked us to stop back, when we arrived back there he asked if we would be interested in another G.C. Angelo sold us a 2016 with 76,000 miles, not the vehicle we were interested in, no leather, not the color we wanted,,but all in all we are happy, and they tried their best to make us happy! More
