We had issues with the technician not being able to reset the oil sensor on our Alfa Romeo vehicle. After we left the dealership we are now encountering an airbag sensor going off. Larry interfered the conversation and instantly took care of the situation and made sure we were taken care of. He even told us that if they were unable to take care of the issue he would personally pay another dealership to take care of it. He reassured us that he would take care of our situation. We drove 2 hours to get our oil change due to our lithia contract. We really appreciated Larry and would rate him a 5. However, the other two gentleman we spoke to it seemed as if they were annoyed at that fact that there was an issue we wanted resolved. More
