I can’t believe the change in Nissan dealership. Before they wore truly I dissatisfied with service. But now it feels like a new dealership everyone there. I would like to invite anyone looking for a car too visit Nissan dealership in Shelby there you will see the difference from Jamal to final paperwork was smooth and very clean they had too do something to my newly acquired truck and I’m glad they recognized the problem and took action, I’ll get it back next week. Bought a car from them last year went back to trade with them again since I thought they did so good last year BIG mistake they didn’t transfer my tag as I ask they blamed it on the DMV making the mistake i them again since I thought they did so good last year BIG mistake they didn’t transfer my tag as I ask they blamed it on the DMV making the mistake in which this made it look like at the DMV I didn’t have insurance so I got a letter saying I had no ins and was gonna suspend my drivers lisc. Then got another letter saying I had to pay $200.00 because of ins lapse I have spent hours on the phone with Columbia DMV trips to local DMV and calls to my ins agent to try to fix this problem that they caused. But are quick to blame the DMV this was totally their fault they should have listened to me and transferred my tag as I ask them to do. I want ever go back and buy ANYTHING from this dealership never!!!! I have traded cars for years and transferred my tag and never had a problem until now please get people there that can do their job and it correctly. More
