The purchase process was fairly simple. They did ultimately come to a fair deal on my trade in and new vehicle purchase price. Pierce was helpful but not pushy. Sat in the waiting area for an extra 15 minutes before noticing a phone call from the dealership stating that my service was done. So I basically wasted at least 15 minutes because the service writer coul noticing a phone call from the dealership stating that my service was done. So I basically wasted at least 15 minutes because the service writer couldn't be bothered to go to the waiting room and tell me my service was completed. They didn't seem short staffed or anything. I'm just not understanding How hard it would be to go and tell someone The service was complete. As I sat there everyone else was told their vehicle was ready. Why I didn't get the same treatment is sad. More
