Purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition. Very professional, transparent, honest, prompt. Did not force any unnecessary upgrades, no games. Vinny was so nice throughout the process, he took his time showing me several different cars and worked with my budget. I was planning on purchasing a used vehicle and I ended up leaving with a brand new time showing me several different cars and worked with my budget. I was planning on purchasing a used vehicle and I ended up leaving with a brand new, sport hybrid vehicle (2024!). I enjoyed my experience and was suprised with how easy it was! We had agreed upon a specific price for our purchase, including all fees and taxes, but unfortunately, it was not honored by the dealership. We were not informed about this until after we had left the de including all fees and taxes, but unfortunately, it was not honored by the dealership. We were also promised that we would receive our purchase information that same day, but we don't receive it till about a week later. Additionally, we faced several issues with the finance manager. It's unclear whether she was simply bad at her job or if she intentionally tried to manipulate the situation to make us secure financing through them instead of our local credit union. More
