I had previously purchased two vehicles from Five Star Ford Dallas and recently returned prepared to place a nearly $63,000 factory order for a 2027 Transit. Anna agreed to handle the order. I originally had several days available and was perfectly willing to wait for her to finish reviewing the build. However, my work required me to leave Dallas earlier than expected, so I needed to reach her promptly. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to do so. What I found particularly difficult to understand was that during our initial meeting, Anna repeatedly interrupted our conversation to answer incoming calls. I had no problem with that. But when I later needed to reach her while she was with other customers, I could not get even a brief response regarding my own order. A customer should not have to chase a salesperson just to get basic communication about an order. At that point, I saw no reason to continue the order with Anna. I’ll be looking for another Ford dealer to place my order with, where returning customers are treated with more respect. More
