He goes above and beyond in literally all aspects of the car buying experience, paperwork experience (which everyone hates) and the congratulatory experience at the end of your journey before driving off the lot. I won't be shopping anywhere else. Matter of fact I've now bought 2 cars from Charles all under 30 months time, and 2 for a family member.
