I purchased a 2019 Lexus ES 350 from GTX Auto and worked directly with Anna throughout the process. Before purchasing the vehicle, I specifically raised concerns about a brake pulsation issue. Anna advised me that it would likely go away after driving the vehicle. I also asked that the vehicle be looked at before I completed the purchase, and on the day I picked it up, I was again told to drive it and that the issue should resolve itself. Within two days of purchasing the vehicle, I took it to an independent repair shop and was informed that the car needed significant brake work and additional maintenance. Because I had raised the brake concern before the sale, I contacted the dealership and requested assistance with a portion of the repair costs. I was not asking them to cover everything, only to help with an issue that I had previously reported. When I followed up with the dealership, I was told that Anna had no recollection of our conversation regarding the brake concern. This was disappointing because it was one of the specific issues I discussed before deciding to purchase the vehicle. While the dealership later offered assistance under certain conditions, the overall experience left me frustrated and without confidence in the inspection process. My biggest concern is that I brought up the issue before the purchase and relied on the dealership’s representation that it was not a significant problem. My recommendation to anyone considering a vehicle from GTX Auto is to invest in an independent pre-purchase inspection before signing any paperwork. It may help identify issues that could result in unexpected repair costs shortly after purchase. More

Good luck…this place was awful to deal with. Jim Collier is a liar, and I understand he no longer works there, but no one was jumping through hoops to fix his errors.
