Could not find anybody that understood all the features on the dash. The one person was busy. The dealer owners manuals are long, laborious, confusing, worst thing I read since a few of my college course b on the dash. The one person was busy. Constantly upselling services. I sent my elderly mother for an oil change and she left with several hundreds of dollars of additional services. The classic dirty sales man in the form of a service department making old vulnerable people feel compelled to purchase additional services. Fortunately the email is tied to my account and not my mother’s, so I can be transparent about my disappointment. I’ll ensure I tell my senior parent to JUST SAY NO and to discuss any and all additional services they offer prior to saying yes. I am tempted to prepay for ONE service prior to my Mom going in to avoid these tactics. People lives on fixed incomes and with the cost of living right ow, SHAME ON YOU ZEIGLER service dept. you are looking for sales with scare tactics! More
