INCREDIBLE SERVICE, CARE, DILIGENCE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL! I never felt that Anthony was over-selling me on anything - he gave very practical and great advice... His knowledge of the car was highly professional and then he just made everything easy. I've never known anyone to call me back or sms me on weekends with every silly question I have - everything from - how do I make my speakers work in the car ;-). I think if you have folks whom you're training - I'd send him to Anthony - so, a bit thank you. I'm sure there's a team behind Anthony - his finance colleagues and other folks - who worked like a seamless machine and I really, really appreciate it. It's small things that turn into really big things - and because of Anthony - you have a customer for life. I will always call upon him first in years to come and I have already recommended folks to visit your dealership. Not only was he friendly, courteous, and genuine in his salesmanship, he was extremely knowledgeable, listened intently and exuded an air of confidence not often seen or experienced especially in the oft-aggressive car dealership arena. From the start, Anthony was engaging, made me feel at home, and detailed the Audi history and craftsmanship. He was transparent and even allowed us to view his inventory on his computer screen. Considering the model was a popular seller, he was confident he could make it happen, and also was fair and approachable in the negotiation process. Anthony kept in direct communications via phone and text, and made the deal very seamless by requesting registration info immediately and also contacting the insurance company on my behalf. When the car arrived, he took the time personally to review all the features, changed the license plate, and offered to answer any additional questions. After purchasing a Mercedes, I can't say this same type of attention was equally paid. It is evident that Anthony loves what he does as he gives the same amount of energy for his work as he does to his customers and clients alike. More
