I am extremely disappointed with my first, and only, sales experience at Mohegan Lake Audi and would NEVER recommend.  In short, I called Mohegan Audi to inquire about a pre-owned Audi which was adverti sales experience at Mohegan Lake Audi and would NEVER recommend.  In short, I called Mohegan Audi to inquire about a pre-owned Audi which was advertised on their website.  I was directed to Anthony, the Sales Manager, who provided me with vehicle details and was than put me in contact with Anthony Tezzi, Salesperson.  After some discussion with Anthony Tezzi, I made an appointment to see and test drive the car.  Since this vehicle was the make, model and year that I had been searching for and after hearing the vehicle details, I was prepared, with cash, to purchase the car upon visit and review.  However, a few hours before our agreed upon meeting, Anthony Tezzi called to tell me that he had accepted a deposit from an out-of-town customer regardless of his commitment to me, and that the car was no longer available!! To add insult to injury in this case, I was told that the other customer was put ahead of me because they gave a deposit to "hold“ the car despite the fact that this option was never offered to me!  I would have expected a courtesy phone call giving me the priority option of a "hold" deposit first. My overall customer experience with this dealership was unsatisfactory, to say the least! Bottom line, for anyone considering purchasing from an Audi dealer in the Tristate area, you may want to put Mohegan Lake Audi at the bottom of your list. Pass this along! More
