I expected the car I purchased would be detailed and filled up with gas but it wasn't. It was washed off, and 3/4 tank of gas. Now for Jim Norton Chevrolet I traded a paid for 2016 Suburban LS in and h filled up with gas but it wasn't. It was washed off, and 3/4 tank of gas. Now for Jim Norton Chevrolet I traded a paid for 2016 Suburban LS in and have money owed to me it's now been 15 days and I have not been paid the money owed to me. I requested that Bill in finance call me or the used car manager and neither have yet to pick up the phone and call me. Anthony a salesman at the dealership told me that my deal had funded and the business office needed to finish their job and issue the check and I could be looking at 4-6 weeks. Not acceptable to me. Courtney, There is no reason you or the general manager can't identify me by my username. It's all over dealer rater but I can and will tell you that I am Terry Moorehead and you can have your GM reach out to me otherwise I am done going back and forth with this on dealer rater. Have a good evening I was surprised that anyone from the dealership responded. More
