I have purchased four Toyotas from Eddy's since 1986. The last two vehicles I purchased were Camay's (2011 & 2013) Love the cars! Everyone I have dealt with at Eddy's is friendly and professional. Fro The last two vehicles I purchased were Camay's (2011 & 2013) Love the cars! Everyone I have dealt with at Eddy's is friendly and professional. From the service department to the sales department, I feel appreciated and comfortable being at the dealership. The new building and creature comforts are amazing! My grandson loves looking at the cars, especially the nice "Red" one on the showroom floor. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Robert Dozal, Anthony Cohens, and Jim Elledge. Thanks so much guys for making the car buying experience actually nice! Explained everything well, showed me different options, different vehicles until I felt comfortable on the right car for me. Thanks again Robert, Anthony and Jim. More

My wife and I purchased our van at Eddy's in 2009 and had a great experience. When we decided to replace our second vehicle Eddy's was at the top of the list and was our first call. When it was apparen had a great experience. When we decided to replace our second vehicle Eddy's was at the top of the list and was our first call. When it was apparent that the dealership was not going to be competitive in price negotiations with other dealerships listing we started looking at other dealerships but still kept Eddy's on the list. Eventually Eddy's ended up with a truck that was within my budget and the we made a sale even though there were some misleading. If you see something in the way of a discount/special offer on their website you better ask for an internet sales person,,,,,it's in the small print. At the end of the day we could not get my tag off of my trade-in and the salesman said he would have it removed for me and have it for me when I brought the new vehicle back for a detail clean up. After multiple calls to see if he was able to remove it, of which every time he said he hadn't but would get it done, I decided to stop by and see about removing it myself. My trade-in had already been moved offsite and no one knew the location of my tag. After about 20 minutes of walking around one of the detail guys said that it was probably in the trash. This guy was kind enough to actually get in the dumpster and dig around and eventually find it. He is probably the only reason I am not giving the lowest rating possible. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will start at another dealership. More

First of all, I brought a car to be serviced and was very impressed. While there, met Dean Maxwell in sales who was so knowledgeable and very comfortable to be with, I knew I would like to buy a car from him impressed. This dealership engages in false advertising. The advertisement on the web site for the 2013 Tundra clearly stated that the special was 0% financing for up to 60 months PLUS $6,000 cash back. When I advertisement on the web site for the 2013 Tundra clearly stated that the special was 0% financing for up to 60 months PLUS $6,000 cash back. When I went to the dealership to purchase a truck they would not honor this special that was on the Eddy's Toyota website. They claimed that it was a "mistake" and that they never intended to offer both 0% financing PLUS $6,000 cash back like the advertisement indicated. I told them my take on this was that I believed they tried to get people to come in and buy a Tundra under false pretenses. A car dealership as big as Eddy's Toyota must have people that check and re-check all of the ads so that they don't make a "mistake". At any rate, they should have honored the advertised special for me since i pointed out the "mistake". Nope. Nada. Basically they told me to take a hike. I hope that a complaint to the BBB and Kansas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division changes their minds. More
