Transmission, fuel injectors, brakes, and cabin air filter were all flagged in red. When at checkout, she asked if he wanted anything done without any explanation of any of the red flagged items. Complimentary car wash was not offered. I had to call and reschedule another trip to get the items done. Very disappointed in this trip. More
