In 2007 I bought another vehicle from Price LeBlanc Toyota and I was screwed over. I just bought again from Price LeBlanc Nissan. I was told by Ivan Villemarette he would take care of the vehicle and m Toyota and I was screwed over. I just bought again from Price LeBlanc Nissan. I was told by Ivan Villemarette he would take care of the vehicle and me. He said my vehicle would be ready the next morning. I picked the vehicle up only to have to return to the dealership. There were two alarms on the dash and know one had gotten the vehicle ready. The right front tire was at 27 PSI. The maintenance department checked it out and gave me my vehicle back. I had to fill that tire up 2 or 3 times in as little as two weeks. I texted Ivan and he said come by and he’ll take care of it. I texted him I would be there in 20-minutes. I was at the dealership for 2 hours and NEVER saw Ivan again. The right front tire had to be replaced so they did as if they did me a favor repairing something that should have been done prior to the day I picked it up. Also, when I complained to the service department about having 20 different leftover phone profiles in the onboard computer/radio. Anthony told me he would take care of it immediately, and he did… He also looked surprised that the salesman (Ivan) didn’t handle that as it was his job to do so. BTW After they replaced the tire I discovered they had put 43 PSI in it. It was rated for 35 PSI. Their own maintenance department can’t handle putting air properly in a single tire. And Ivan said when I come in a week after the purchase he would give me another full tank of gas. Another lie by a poorly run dealership. I can tell all of you out there when they say “Nissan Certified Vehicle” RUN. It’s a lie! More
