Professionalism in the utmost manner! My Conicelli relationship initiated on the internet. I hunt and purchase online very often. I decided to look into a Toyota Camry from the comfort of My Conicelli relationship initiated on the internet. I hunt and purchase online very often. I decided to look into a Toyota Camry from the comfort of my lounge chair using my smartphone. Patrick, Conicelli's internet fellow, was the first selling point or spearhead. Every little back and forth question I posed was answered with the utmost care and thought. After a few days of pleasant back and forth Patrick passed the baton on to David who set up our meeting with Anthony and our scheduled test drive. Anthony became our salesman. We arrived on time for our meeting and the team had the two models parked upfront for our look-see. The care Patrick, David and Anthony took in their team approach knowing what we had described, culminated in the two models sitting there for us. After our test drive it took us literally under five minutes to make a decision. We purchased our car and Anthony walked us through the proper process again answering the questions we asked in total professionalism. This is our fifth Toyota and after purchasing many new automobiles and trucks, I have to say this experience is placed at the highest level or top of my lifetime. I'm looking forward to great service and assistance down the road and we will return in a few years more than likely to revisit the entire experience. More

I've had bad car buying experiences in the past so was extremely hesitant. As I emailed back and forth I got an excellent price which beat out prices at my local NJ dealerships. I asked many questions and all were answered completely and quickly. The sales man that helped me was Anthony Crisuolo. He took pics with his phone for me and texted them to me as I was deciding if I wanted the car. I live an hour away so even getting to the dealership was gonna be an issue. But Anthony picked me up at 8th and Market when I rode Patco up there. He was very professional and polite. Knowing that I was going to be pressed for time, he already had the car detailed and ready for me. He took the time to explain all the ins and out of my vehicle. The manager was also very nice. I did my homework and know that I got a great deal. I'm very happy with my brand new Blizzard Pearl Platinum Rav 4. There were no surprises when I got there. I ended up driving away with a Platinum for the price I was going to get a limited for in NJ. Thanks Conicelli for a quick and painless car buying experience. This was literally the first time i ever felt good after a car purchase!
