It’s typical to be on the defense any time we are at a dealership, but the team at Rio Vista treated us with complete transparency and honesty to get us the best possible deal on our car, including extra features added and an educator discount that I didn’t even know existed. We were so pleased with our experience that we came back the next day with my mother-in-law and traded in our Silverado for a Jeep for her birthday gift. We had to pick our jaws up off the floor when the price out the door came back so low. We had the intention to get another family car for our expanding family. It was such an easy process. We sent information regarding our trade and current lease working with Marcia, which is always an easy and sweet correspondence. Then we came in to look at the vehicles we were interested in and some that Marcia and Anthony recommended. We ended up with a Chevy Traverse and after a week, we are so happy with the decision.
