My salesperson "Jermaine Rogers" was very attentive during the entire process as I was able to obtain my vehicle of choice at the price I was comfortable with. This was not my first purchase as I highly recommend South Dayton Toyota and Jermaine if you're in the market for a new vehicle purchase. Oh! I almost forgot to mention that the service department does an outstanding job as well. Best Regards to the entire staff. More

I bought a 2021 Ford Expedition Max from South Dayton Toyota. Before buying, I clearly asked the salesperson over the phone whether the engine and transmission were in good condition and properly service Toyota. Before buying, I clearly asked the salesperson over the phone whether the engine and transmission were in good condition and properly serviced. I was told everything was good and that the vehicle had been taken care of. As soon as I registered it in Minnesota and drove it for just two days, the transmission started locking in 2nd or 3rd gear, making loud noises and refusing to shift. I had to pull over on the side of the road. It’s clear the transmission is in bad shape and wasn’t serviced at all, despite what I was told. When I contacted them, they told me I should have bought a warranty—completely ignoring the fact that they assured me the vehicle was good. Based on my experience, I feel misled and would strongly warn others to be cautious when buying from them. More
