They did not accurately check my car. My car was in a recent accident and with the check it was said I had windshield wiper fluid . I did not because the container was entirely replaced and when I tried to use it, it was empty as they didn’t put any fluid in it after fixing. Also my oil life monitor showed at 70% after pickup and you all reported 21%. How can I trust your work. Very upset as to how this was handled after expressing I had mechanical failure issues. More

I asked to come back for the recall on my car when I had time. I returned 2 hours after my appointment time for my scheduled oil change to find out that my car was being serviced for the recall in spite of time. I returned 2 hours after my appointment time for my scheduled oil change to find out that my car was being serviced for the recall in spite of my decline. I was offered a complimentary car wash, but did not receive one. I wasn't given a report of the services that I still need covered, there wasn't a sticker placed on my upper left corner of the windshield to remind me of my next service date. The next day , my car was hesitant to start. When I called Anthony, he scheduled ANOTHER service appointment to check my battery which he said would take 3 hours. Instead I called AAA to come to my home to check my battery and replace it. Anthony lacks attention to detail and basic service center customer needs. I was totally inconvenienced. And you lost money on a $268 battery. I rather give it to AAA than exchange money with Anthony Garcia at precision Honda More
