I was given an estimate on when he’d call with diagnosis etc. Pretty much on time! I had my car back that afternoon! Very happy with the improvements in customer service!!! I was having problems trying to make the appointment online. Maddie responded immediately via email and was able to schedule my appointment to fit around my time frame.
