Disappointing and High-Pressure Sales Experience Our experience at Cape Coral Nissan was frustrating and disappointing. The sales team was extremely high-pressure, often speaking quickly without leaving experience at Cape Coral Nissan was frustrating and disappointing. The sales team was extremely high-pressure, often speaking quickly without leaving any of the discussed numbers for us to review. Transparency was lacking throughout the process, especially when it came to pricing and final paperwork. The initial price quote was misleading, as they later tacked on multiple additional fees totaling thousands of dollars. By the time we saw the actual contract—at the very end—there was little opportunity to review or question the details. The entire process was long, exhausting, and felt intentionally confusing. This dealership exemplifies the negative stereotypes about car buying. If we could go back in time, we would have taken our business elsewhere and avoided purchasing our Murano from them. We do not recommend buying a vehicle from Cape Coral Nissan. More
