Very disappointing new vehicle buying experience. I did not try to negotiate down the "final price" that was advertised by the dealer, just wanted a fair trade for my vehicle. Salesman informed me I did not try to negotiate down the "final price" that was advertised by the dealer, just wanted a fair trade for my vehicle. Salesman informed me that "they'd be losing money at that advertised price, and needed to make it up on the trade". Hence I was offered $5k less on my trade, vs the KBB trade in value. Had to sit thru the painful ordeal of "I need to see if manager approves of a higher trade in value", then "he needs to speak to the owner", etc. After 2 hrs of this "just give us 5 more minutes" back and forth, they only moved another $1k, still far short of the KBB trade in value. You've been warned, don't waste your time, and STAY FAR AWAY! I felt like I needed a shower after dealing with these stereotypical 1980s used car sales tactics. I see lots of other reviews also note their low-ball trade in tactics. More

Untruthful about the origin of the truck and knew nothing of the vehicle history. They said it was a local trade in, until I found out otherwise. The sales department, including the sales manager thought it of the vehicle history. They said it was a local trade in, until I found out otherwise. I hope, if there are issues Aschenbach will give me the greatest service imaginable. At the present time my rating of the experience is terrible, to say the least. More
