Great salesman, terrible vehicle I've been talking back and forth with Anthony at preferred preowned, Anthony couldn't have been more understanding of my situation and what I was look I've been talking back and forth with Anthony at preferred preowned, Anthony couldn't have been more understanding of my situation and what I was looking for, even set aside time for me. Very nice young man with a bright future. The problem was that the car I was interested in seeing was a complete disaster! Filthy car...dirt and crumbs everywhere...the car was quite literally falling apart inside. Chunks of the seat frame were missing, knobs gone, speakers hanging out, the frame around the moonroof was falling down as well as the small console. The car has a terrible shimmy at 45-50 mph, the tires are 2 sizes too big for the car....it was a mess, and quite honestly probably not safe to be driving considering how big the tires are, they touch the wheel wells and big bump could puncture them. I wouldn't expect that kind of a mess an independent dealer, much less one connected to Acura. Honestly I felt really bad for Anthony having to show me or anyone the mini...I was embarrassed for him. Anthony would be an asset to any company, because he made the best of a situation and did his job. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came into Preferred Preowned about a week ago on a Impreza they had for sale. Anthony was helping me and he did a fantastic job!
