Beyond Amazing I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. From John and Jennifer, my sales people to Anthony, Chuck, Brian and forgive me I can not express how impressed I was with the entire Pellegrino team. They had my new Jeep ready to go and all of my paperwork done before I even got to the dealership to pick it up. All I had to do was sign my paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. Bef When I first started looking for a jeep compass I was looking at my neighborhood dealerships. Little did I know that Pellegrino would prevail! Before purchasing and shopping around I decided to make one more phone call. I called and spoke to Anthony Pinto the sales manager. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I explained what I was looking for and he said he would call me back. He called me back within 15 minutes with lease pricing that beat any dealership that was in my area. I couldn’t believe it was that easy! The “ icing on the cake” was when Anthony offered to have the car delivered to my home since I live an hour away. This was customer service on steroids! LOL! The car was delivered to my house by Jennifer Toce, my sales person. She was great! She went over the entire car with me and did it with a smile 😃 She was also knowledgeable and I could tell how much she likes to interact with people.
