At the time of purchase, all pricing, terms, and financial obligations were reviewed in detail before any documents were signed. You, the customer, voluntarily signed the completed paperwork, acknowledging full understanding and acceptance of the vehicle price, financing terms, and contractual obligations. Following delivery, our team made multiple good‑faith efforts to address concerns and explore possible in‑house solutions. Unfortunately, no dealership error or misrepresentation was found, and the contract accurately reflects the agreed‑upon terms at the time of sale. We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a significant decision, and buyer’s remorse can occur. However, dissatisfaction after delivery does not negate a legally executed agreement nor does it indicate improper conduct by our finance department. Our finance professionals are highly trained and strive to provide clear and transparent explanations to every customer. We regret that you feel dissatisfied, but we respectfully stand by the professionalism of our team and the validity of the signed contract. We remain available to answer questions or provide clarification regarding the agreement, but the transaction was completed appropriately and in accordance with all applicable guidelines.
