For us the face of the dealership is the person(s) handling the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Our sales rep was Anthony Rodriguez & he was very personable & professional. We purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester/Certified. It was late in the afternoon; at commuter rush hour & was raining heavily; so my wife felt she was not familiar enough with the car to drive it that day. We decided to let Anthony have the pin-striping put on & install the floor mats; & we would pick up the car the next day. The next day was Anthony's day off & when we arrived to pick up our car; some things fell in the crack & the car was not ready then & we had to leave for another appointment. I'm sure that the car would have been good to go if Anthony was there. We wish to say a special thanks to Stephan who stepped up & straightened things out. including prepping my wife on what the important controls were for the drive home---still raining. We were honest with Anthony and said that we didn't think we would be ready to make a purchase until next year. When we were finished with the Service Dept., Anthony had a folder ready for us to take home including all the information he had previously offered plus all down payment and payment options. After a few days, we realized it was in our best interest to make a purchase now. I had a MISERABLE experience purchasing a certified vehihicle at a different Pinebelt dealership. While my vehicle was being repaired they gave me a Suburu loaner.
