We purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester/Certified. It was late in the afternoon; at commuter rush hour & was raining heavily; so my wife felt she was not familiar enough with the car to drive it that day. We decided to let Anthony have the pin-striping put on & install the floor mats; & we would pick up the car the next day. The next day was Anthony's day off & when we arrived to pick up our car; some things fell in the crack & the car was not ready then & we had to leave for another appointment. I'm sure that the car would have been good to go if Anthony was there. I had a MISERABLE experience purchasing a certified vehihicle at a different Pinebelt dealership. While my vehicle was being repaired they gave me a Suburu loaner.
