We were honest with Anthony and said that we didn't think we would be ready to make a purchase until next year. When we were finished with the Service Dept., Anthony had a folder ready for us to take home including all the information he had previously offered plus all down payment and payment options. After a few days, we realized it was in our best interest to make a purchase now. I had a MISERABLE experience purchasing a certified vehihicle at a different Pinebelt dealership. While my vehicle was being repaired they gave me a Suburu loaner. Realizing how angry I was with my conversation with the finance manager, Anthony escalated my issue to the right people!
