I was very pleased with the service provided. My engine light came on and I had my car towed to Ray Skillman Northeast Buick GMC. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted by very friendly representatives and given a ride to work. I was kept in touch about problems with my car. Turns out the serpentine belt had broken. I had a warranty, however the warranty documents had the wrong vin number. The service reps were very helpful and provided hints about what to do about the incorrect information. I will return to Ray Skillman Northeast Buick GMC and I will highly recommend their service to friends and family. More
