I have to say I was completely shocked by the professionalism and efficiency of the service department regarding my most recent visit. I have been a customer for many years , but Karl and Tony w professionalism and efficiency of the service department regarding my most recent visit. I have been a customer for many years , but Karl and Tony went way above and beyond this time! My water pump went out Friday evening. I contacted the service department Saturday morning when they opened. Tony and Karl arranged for a tow immediately, and had my vehicle repaired and ready to go by Noon on Saturday! Towed and repaired in less than 4 hours! ON A SATURDAY! UNBELIEVABLE! I'll be a customer for life! More
