On 5/19/25:I had a written contract for a 2020 Nissan Leaf EV, that I lived. The government has a program to promote EVs for people with a 70,000 or less income and they will apply 4000 towards the down Leaf EV, that I lived. It took 2 days to get the car because I was told the brakes needed repairing. 2 days later the car stopped on me because of problems with the battery. The car and myself were picked up and driven to the dealership. After 7 hours I was given a loaner car and within a week I was told to bring it back because they don't have insurance on their loaners and neither did my insurance. I was also told it would be 2 months before my car would be ready. Unless I could get a co-signer for another car. I decided to wait It has now been going on the 4th month and I still have no car. The salesman that I worked with no longer works their and the manager Quincy Martin said he would keep in touch but I have only heard his voice 1 time since then and when I call he has them to tell me it's still in service, but I have other questions. I received a text message from the service department saying it could be several months. This entire situation is very close to the Lemon Law I should have been placed in another vehicle with the exact same arrangements the only difference being the name maybe and the VIN number. I said it before and I will say it again, I believe I have been discriminated against because I am a Single Black Disabled 68 yr old Female Senior Citizen in the Low Income bracket. Quincy Martin said he does not discriminated but people discriminate against their on race all the time. And just figuring I would forget about this and just brush me under the rug. But I have Congested Heart Failure and it has been xxxx going to all these appointments on the bus in this heat. That's why the is so important and the car note and insurance was perfect for my fixed income budget But I have reached out to channel 4 for help and I will keep talking and reaching out until someone helps me. It is a shame that No One in that Don Davis Nissan organization would fix a simple problem that could help a poor old woman. Just know that I may seem as if I am by myself but I am not. And AnyOne thinking about buying a vehicle from this place needs to be very careful and make sure you are working with a honest person. On May 19, 2025 I came in to purchase a car under a Government Program for people making less than $70000 these were for Electric Vehicles. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Leaf and gas it 1 day and the batte Government Program for people making less than $70000 these were for Electric Vehicles. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Leaf and gas it 1 day and the battery went out. I was put in a loaner only to be told I had to get out of it and it would take 2 months for my car to be fixed. They pretended to be putting me in another car, but this paperwork voided my deal out and I was not told that. I found out last week that my finance paperwork had never been sent in and on June 19th that paperwork will not be any good at all My salesman has quit and the sales manager Quincy will not return my calls and no one will tell me anything. I believe I am being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE I AM A LOW INCOME BLACK FEMALE SR CITIZEN, THAT CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP EXPECTING TO FIND TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE BECAUSE THAT CAR LITERALLY COULD HAVE SAVED MY LIFE AS I HAVE CONGESTED HEART FAILURE AND THE STRAIN RIDING BUSES IN HEAT COULD BE FATAL. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE. I will not recommend anyone else to go through this horrific nightmare. More

The purchase of my 2023 Mini Countryman was a dream; however there was a paint issue that was never addressed by my sales person plus no open communication when I brought my car in for a repair due to t however there was a paint issue that was never addressed by my sales person plus no open communication when I brought my car in for a repair due to the gearbox came apart. All of this is under 30 days. I was told the warranty purchased didn’t cover the repair and to reach out to Mini. Is this how you take care of your customers? I will be reporting these 2 concerns to BBB as I believe my requests weren’t taken seriously and I will not buy another vehicle from Don Davis again. More
