New revie submitted. Had a salesman named Chaz helping me. He has a terrible way with customers, told me Credit Karma scores are trash and told me go somewhere else Had a salesman named Chaz helping me. He has a terrible way with customers, told me Credit Karma scores are trash and told me go somewhere else when I pushed for the rate based on my credit karma score which was spot on per credit dept. Ended with up with Antonio because I really wanted the truck. Antonio was the nicest most straight forward car salesman I have met no xx. Not a fan of the 1 price thing. Very Disappointed they didn't fix a couple of little things life a bulb light out and cracked fog light and tail light lense. I would return and recommend. More

Hyundai of Columbia was a very clean and had laid back atmosphere which made shopping there feel less pressured and more enjoyable than most dealerships. I found the car I wanted online and drove off the lot with my car in 2 days when I had been dealing with other competitors for 2+ weeks and not feeling satisfied. More

Bought a vehicle within 1000 miles transmission went out pressure extended warranty On me so I caved and got it extended warranty denied my claim due to the fact the truck was lifted The truck lifted from pressure extended warranty On me so I caved and got it extended warranty denied my claim due to the fact the truck was lifted The truck lifted from the dealership dealership got involved came and picked my truck up and replace the transmission, within 15 days in less than 500 miles transmission has gone out again requested to bring the truck back and find a different one was told NO. I had to go back through the whole credit process again so they say. make a long story short I was told the dealership owned the extended warranty company RED FLAG so I requested paperwork from where they were originally changed my transmission and clear as day on the paperwork the transmission had an issue when they originally inspected before I bought it, it and they never disclosed it. I was talking to a partner/owner (Jon) Jon also said that it was a typo that the transmission didn’t have an issue. Kind of funny when the transmission went out within 1000 miles he said they would come pick it up and see what was wrong with it. You’ve had two times to fix the issue and you couldn’t fix it. I do not have any trust in this dealership. I’ve had more bad experience before and it’s my fault for going back. I will be escalated further. I have contacted consumer affairs about the issue. The only positive thing about that dealership was the salesman did not pressure anything on to me his name was Antoin…. The extended warranty was pressured on to me in the finance office. More

Fantastic purchasing experience with Antonio Morris! Dealership is attractive and warm just like a home. My only caveat would be that if buying electric as I did, make sure you do your homework on how to make the transition with home charging AND available charging stations on your path. Hyundai Of Columbia is working now to smooth that experience out for the electric customer. More

More than a year ago, I drove into the lot of Hyundai of Columbia. I was interested in buying an electric car. Lucky for me one of the most well mannered, delightful and well informed salespeople I have EVE Columbia. I was interested in buying an electric car. Lucky for me one of the most well mannered, delightful and well informed salespeople I have EVER encountered (Antonia Morris) approached me. Later when I heard about the Ionic 5, I returned to find Antonio completely at my service - making a community connection, educating me, seeing me through financing, and most importantly tutoring me on the details of transitioning to a energy automobile. This interaction was better than old school. Antonio’s approach is the future and for all the changes that are imminent, we are in good hands! I love the Ionic 5. More
