Charged me $850 basically for a diagnostics test. I came in because my car wouldn’t start without being jumped after the winter storm here in Dallas. I have warranty on my battery under the hood and I came in because my car wouldn’t start without being jumped after the winter storm here in Dallas. I have warranty on my battery under the hood and I voiced that I was having a battery issue. They had my car for almost two weeks and kept telling me that they couldn’t find an issue. I was once told they wouldn’t charge me for a for the diagnostics test if they couldn’t find anything. Every day they told me they couldn’t find an issue until one morning I get a call saying the problem was my auxiliary battery. It’s frustrating the auxiliary battery is only $149 and they charged me $850 for that total. Horrible business because they didn’t work with me or try to help come up with a cheaper solution. More

Overall experience at Hiley Chevrolet was 10/10. I got in contact with Michael about mid day and told him I would be coming up that evening to look at a truck. After the vehicle was sold the customer was no longer a priority. Purchased a truck on Wednesday 10/22/25. Antonio told us it would be ready Friday. Truck was not ready until following Wednesday. No one at priority. Purchased a truck on Wednesday 10/22/25. Antonio told us it would be ready Friday. Truck was not ready until following Wednesday. No one at that dealership returns calls. Called and left messages or asked for a call back with information from at least 4 people there, Brandon, Hayden, Antonio and Luis. No one returned calls. I can go and on. When we did pick up the truck the four door panels had dried smeared armor all on them. The plates were not on the truck and the truck did not have any gas. Still have more regarding our trade and equity check. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
