Over that time frame, my family has purchased seven vehicles and this has been the only dealership Pat Lobb Toyota for approximately thirteen years. Over that time frame, my family has purchased seven vehicles and this has been the only dealership we have brought our business to since purchasing our first vehicle. After this recent purchase, I will no longer be purchasing vehicles from this location. On the lease deal of my truck, I was charged a Rental Fee of $6,317. 64 on a $10,071 lease ($46,820 Adjusted Capital Cost- $36,749 Residual Value). This reflects a 32.5% interest rate on the money borrowed over 3 years. These rates are consistent with the rates on a pay day loan and not the rates of a loyal customer for 13 years with excellent credit who put $8,152.06 down. I would express deep caution to anyone purchasing a vehicle from this location. If they were willing to do this to a loyal customer who purchased seven vehicles over thirteen years, what will they do to you? More
