So after going to different dealerships, I went to Lia and specifically the sales consultant, Antoine, was recommended to me by two different people. So after going to different dealerships, I went to Lia to work with Antoine. He knew I was coming after a phone call was made by my referral. I wanted to work with someone who wouldn't beat around the bush and make me a solid offer from the get-go. He was very easy going, not pushy at all, and came back with a strong offer knowing that I had been at other dealerships. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely buy a car from him again. The dealership is going through renovations, but they still provided good customer service. The time spent at the dealership was a tad long, 3 hours, but they were apologetic and I knew going in it would be at least a 2 hour process. I had to play hard ball with the finance consultant to get my interest rate down and fend off the extras, but this was also expected as that is their job. Overall, he got me a rate that I am very pleased with. More

Most Efficient Dealership I was very surprised after going around car shopping for several different dealerships around the area. Usually the dealerships, reel you into the store without going over any possible deal or no deal scenarios. This is very time consuming for both sides. Lia Honda, was able to actually listen to my finance requirements, make/model of the potential vehicle of purchase and wasn't pushing for me to come in immediately. The best part about this dealership was that, once I confirmed all the requirements of my deal, when I came into the store, everything was very smooth. My family and I were greeted almost immediately when arriving, maybe we were easier to spot since the store was going through a renovation and there was only one way in, one way out. The paperwork was exactly what we confirmed and no games. By far, this was the best experience I had. I will definitely recommend to family, colleagues and friends. More
