overpriced service department 2009 LE Corolla serviced today March 23 2017 - BFCR 377 09 Corolla forced to have work done on vehicle which had been done less than two years earlier problem with spark plugs t March 23 2017 - BFCR 377 09 Corolla forced to have work done on vehicle which had been done less than two years earlier problem with spark plugs turned into a 1445 dollar repair bill- person quoted me 1100 but should have been more up on final bill which was nearly 350 dollars more I feel terribly ripped off and upset- person smirked when he said my car was only worth 1500 if I did not spend large sum of money to repair it- a 2009 LE Corolla dilligently cared for for many years I usually get my car maintained at Toyota On Front - they run rings around your team and if I did not have to travel a long distance to get to them with an engine warning light I would have avoided your dealwrship- sadly I wish I had More

Great customer service I brought my 2010 Sienna in to the dealership to take advantage of the Retro Toyota Service Special 55-point inspection along with getting the vehicle I brought my 2010 Sienna in to the dealership to take advantage of the Retro Toyota Service Special 55-point inspection along with getting the vehicle serviced. Anwar was there to greet me with a big smile on his face. He checked me in and went through the details of what was being done. While I waited he kept updating me periodically of the status of the vehicle. The technician found a couple of things during the inspection that Anwar brought to my attention and explained the importance of getting them done. I found Anwar to be very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall a pleasant experience at the service centre that day. More

Rattling noise Corolla On one very stormy winter day, whilst driving down the road and listening to my favourite car mix cd, I noticed that there was a rattling noise being On one very stormy winter day, whilst driving down the road and listening to my favourite car mix cd, I noticed that there was a rattling noise being emitted by my vehicle. I proceeded to call the dealer, however, it was before Scarborough Toyota had opened. Luckily, thanks to Rizal's intimate approach to treating his clients, I had his cellular number. Terrible as I had felt as the sounds of a clearly bewoken Rizal answered the call, I proceeded to explain my predicament. Although he was not scheduled to work that day, he organized for me to come in with him. He picked me up from where I was with a coffee, a smile and a warm hug. I can still remember how safe I felt when he took me into his chiseled arms. He was so apologetic about the issues that I experienced which were not any of his doing, that he sent me lovely flowers and chocolates to my place of work. Thank you Rizal for being wonderful.
