My truck would not crank on Sunday. I left it and my key to the truck with a very nice employee who happened to be at the dealership on Sunday afternoon. She said she would get the key I left it and my key to the truck with a very nice employee who happened to be at the dealership on Sunday afternoon. She said she would get the key to the service department Monday morning with a note explaining that the truck would not crank. The truck was not moved or investigated until Wednesday! All it needed was a new battery! I was not able to get my truck out of the shop at Walt Massey until after 4:00 PM Wednesday afternoon! I was charged with a $192.00 investigation fee, a $241.00 battery and a $65.00 installation fee plus tax! I expected the monetary charges to be high, but I do not appreciate having to wait three days to get the battery replaced! I feel someone should have been considerate enough to realize that the problem with my truck not cranking was probably the battery. This problem could have been quickly checked out Monday and a new battery installed in a matter of a short time. I could have picked up my truck on Monday afternoon at the latest! More
