Poor service department that diagnosed my 2021 Escape and did not fix the issue. Had no problem charging me over $1,000 and my vehicle is still not fixed. The service department had my vehicle for 5 days wit did not fix the issue. Had no problem charging me over $1,000 and my vehicle is still not fixed. The service department had my vehicle for 5 days with no resolution, just suggestions to keep running my bill higher. More
