If you are like myself and Customer Service is still important to you and you have a strong Appreciation for a person who provides Sincere Representation for your best interests rather than just someone trying to make a sale than Kevin Champ is your guy. It is extremely rare to come across someone who does an Excellent Job without attempting to sway you in one direction or the other and basically provides the information with great service and then allows you to make an informed decision that best fits you. My Girl is a handful and she wants what she wants and is pretty specific and determined even if it is supposedly impossible. Kevin was able to listen, provide feedback, perform and produce results even if it was challenging and/or abnormal. Bottom line FORCE gets it done and makes things happen with a level of Service that is what seems like a forgotten way of the past. I'm very appreciative to Kevin, Gator, and April for making this Customization a memorable experience and for the smile I see on her face every time she is getting in and out of the vehicle = Priceless!
